PR / Corporate Influence Assistant

We are looking for a Press Relations / Influence intern or work-study student from August-September 2026 to strengthen our Corporate division.

Your tasks :

You will work on one or more Corporate division accounts as part of media relations and influence strategies, participating in their operational implementation and in the production of associated content.

On a day-to-day basis, you will play an active role in the life of the agency and support the team in various tasks:

Watch

  • Monitor economic, social, institutional and media news on a daily basis, to provide input for the division’s strategic thinking.
  • Track the views of companies, managers, experts and stakeholders.
  • Identify emerging topics, underlying trends and visibility opportunities for customers.
  • Observe changes in media, editorial formats and new sources of influence (LinkedIn, podcasts, newsletters, expert content creators, etc.).

Media Relations

  • Contact journalists and respond to incoming requests (interviews, information, visuals, figures, expert speeches).
  • Contribute to the drafting of communication tools: press releases, press invitations, flashmails, tribunes, language elements, briefing notes.
  • Enrich, qualify and update journalist and opinion leader files.
  • Help organize interviews, press briefings, conferences and corporate events.
  • Follow-up on media coverage.

Influence & corporate communication

  • Participate in identifying relevant influencers (experts, opinion leaders, etc.) according to customer issues.
  • Contribute to the preparation of activations and corporate influence programs.
  • Ensure operational follow-up of exchanges with partners and experts.
  • Participate in the creation of content for social networks and corporate communications.

Reporting

  • Participate in preparing press reviews and monitoring media coverage.
  • Contribute to analyzing the performance of campaigns and speaking engagements.
  • Help prepare customer reviews and strategic recommendations.

Profile required:

  • Minimum 2 years’ higher education in communications, political science, literature, journalism or equivalent.
  • Excellent writing and interpersonal skills.
  • Rigor, organizational skills, curiosity and team spirit.
  • Keen interest in the media, economic and social news, influence strategies and reputation issues.
  • Good understanding of professional social networks and new editorial formats.
  • Previous experience in an agency, institution, media or communications department would be a plus.
