Press Relations / Influence Assistant
Boulogne-Billancourt Stage / AlternanceWe are looking for an intern or work-study student in Press Relations / Influence from August-September 2026 to strengthen our Brands and Products department.

Vur missions :
You will work on one or more of the division’s sectors (Food, Retail, Decoration, Fashion/DIY, Home Furnishings, Beauty, Health, Tourism), according to the needs of the teams, within the framework of media relations and influencer relations strategies, participating in their operational implementation as well as in the production of associated content.
On a day-to-day basis, you will play an active role in the life of the agency and support the team in various tasks:
Watch
- Keep abreast of industry trends to feed the cluster’s thinking.
- Follow media news to spot emerging trends and identify visibility opportunities.
- Be attentive to the world of influence: new creators, content formats and evolving uses on platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube…).
Media relations:
- Contact journalists and respond to incoming requests (visuals, product information, links, captions).
- Contribute to the drafting of communication tools: press releases, flashmails, trendmails, newsletters.
- Enrich, qualify and update journalists’ files.
- Participate in the organization and follow-up of press days.
- Prepare and monitor product portages for journalists.
Influencer relations
- Participate in the identification and selection of relevant influencer profiles according to campaigns.
- Contribute to the preparation of briefings, mailing lists, creative porting and influencer activations.
- Ensure operational follow-up: exchanges with influencers/agents, transmission of information, retrieval of content, verification of posts.
- Help organize influencer experiences or events.
Reporting
- Participate in preparing press reviews and monitoring media coverage.
- Contribute to collecting KPIs for influencer campaigns and analyzing their performance.
- Help prepare customer reviews and recommendations.
Profile required:
- Minimum 2 years’ higher education in communications or equivalent
- Excellent writing and interpersonal skills
- Rigor, organizational skills, curiosity and team spirit
- A keen interest in lifestyle sectors and a taste for the media, social networks and new levers of influence
- First experience in a similar position in an agency or with an advertiser would be a plus.
